What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an immediate remote or hybrid customer support role where I can use helpdesk tools, clear communication, accurate documentation, and problem-solving to create positive customer outcomes.

I've supported internal stakeholders at the Nigerian Natural Medicine Development Agency, communicating research findings, documentation updates, and procedural information clearly and accurately.

I maintained and organised 50+ research and patient records with full accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance, while resolving data discrepancies and process issues through root-cause thinking. I also conducted quality-control reviews and collaborated across multidisciplinary teams to meet deadlines.

I'm ready to bring my C2-level English communication, customer-focused mindset, and familiarity with Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, live chat, email ticketing, and SLA workflows to a remote or hybrid support role.
