What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end training and digital learning initiatives, combine LMS/e-learning delivery with KPI-driven evaluation, and strengthen compliance-ready learning for diverse stakeholders in cross-functional, international environments.

I’m a Training and Learning Manager with over 4 years of experience designing, coordinating and delivering corporate training programmes, developing and reviewing digital training content, and managing learning platforms (LMS) end-to-end. I translate complex material into clear, engaging resources for varied audiences, and I coordinate compliance training in regulated environments (GDPR, banking regulations), with a strong focus on quality and on-time delivery.

In my current role, I manage the full training project & content lifecycle for 15+ corporate training projects—from requirements analysis and content design to rollout and evaluation—while keeping materials accurate, on-brand and aligned to timelines and budget. I also build KPI dashboards to monitor learning engagement, completion and effectiveness for senior management and partners, partnering cross-functionally and supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives including international events in cooperation with FAO.
