At Docebo, I lead the design and evolution of the internal corporate academy for 900+ employees across commercial, product, and operational functions.

I translate talent priorities into scalable digital and blended learning solutions, defining capability frameworks and learning pathways for People Leadership, Performance, AI literacy, and Cybersecurity. I partner with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Operations, and People leadership to diagnose capability gaps and create practical learning journeys tied to performance outcomes.

I also lead LMS governance, learner experience design, content curation, vendor management, funded training programs, and budget oversight. During Docebo's global Dayforce HCM rollout, I supported business readiness through platform setup, process alignment, and end-user enablement.

Previously, I delivered enterprise LMS implementations and client training at Docebo, and built digital learning solutions using Moodle, HTML5, Articulate 360, SCORM, and instructional design at Altaformazione.
