I'm looking to contribute learning operations, trainer development, inclusive communication, and data-informed improvement in a collaborative organization focused on high-quality learner experiences and sustainable growth.

At My English School Genova, I lead a team of 14 trainers and oversee learning quality, budget, and the experience of 600+ learners.

Across My English School Italy, Eastern Veneto, Verona, and Bologna, I've improved academic scheduling, standardized regional protocols, reduced staff turnover by 50%, and raised learner satisfaction to 4.94/5.
