What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can design and scale evidence-based, tech-enabled learning, lead facilitation teams, and drive organisational development in mission-driven organisations.

I am a learning and development specialist who designs evidence-based, technology-enhanced learning solutions aligned with the CIPD Profession Map. I hold the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development and deliver high-impact programs for international organisations.

I have redefined L&D practices for over 20,000 learners and delivered more than 1,500 hours of quality content to students, professionals, governments, and humanitarian institutions. My work includes training UNESCO staff, supporting UN officials, and developing programs for government personnel.

I led organisational change for a major Pan-European IEM organisation during COVID-19, transitioned hundreds of events online, and trained 160+ trainers in evidence-based delivery, ethics, and goal setting. I also coached new hires into professional facilitators and managed complex multi-stakeholder teams.

I bring a pragmatic, ethics-focused approach informed by hands-on project leadership in humanitarian relief, GDPR compliance, and technology-enabled learning innovation. I seek roles where I can scale learning impact through design, facilitation, and data-driven practices.
