At Cloud E-Commerce Accountants, I co-built and led the AU/NZ operation, scaling SaaS sales to AUD 1M+ ARR while holding full P&L responsibility. I also built a 50–60 person cross-functional team and established governance frameworks covering GST/BAS, payroll, and audit obligations.

At Cloud Accounting Academy, I led the operating model and product monetisation roadmap, growing enrollments from about 150 to 400+ per intake and reaching about USD 500K+ in annual revenue. I automated campaign and CRM funnels and managed customer relationships with a 95%+ renewal rate.

Across ERP and API platform roles, I translated customer requirements into solution proposals, delivered product demonstrations, and managed sales opportunities. At Bileeta (Pvt) Ltd, I won about USD 1M in cloud ERP deals at a 60% win rate; at Axiata Digital Labs, I demonstrated API platforms and AI-integration workflows.
