What I'm looking for
I am a results-driven Lead Product Manager and Product Owner with over 10 years of experience across B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and telecommunications. I specialise in owning the full product lifecycle from vision and discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ship products that matter.
Most recently I served as Lead Product Owner at Poka Inc., a global manufacturing SaaS company based in Canada, via IFS R&D International and IGT1 Outsourcing Lanka (Pvt) Limited. In this role I owned the global product roadmap, led sprint delivery across North America and Asia, and delivered a range of high-impact features including AI-powered capabilities such as One-Click Translation and automated Work Instruction generation from images and PDFs. I also led the Dashboard License Management initiative, reducing transfer time by over 80%, and delivered the Import User Password Flow a six-use-case security and onboarding feature that reduced manual effort and improved platform security. I was recognised as a company Rising Star in 2025.
Prior to that I spent seven years at Dialog Axiata PLC as Lead Product Manager for eCommerce Digital Transformation, where I launched Sri Lanka's first SLTRC-compliant e-commerce platform a national first unmatched by any other telecommunications company. I led a full MACH architecture migration across nine cross-functional teams, integrated Single Sign-On across Dialog's web touchpoints, championed accessibility for Persons with Disabilities, and partnered with C-suite stakeholders to shape the company's digital investment strategy.
Earlier in my career I worked in Malaysia across M&C Saatchi as Senior Project Manager managing digital delivery for enterprise clients including Celcom, Axiata, and Malaysian Airlines, and at Maxis Telecommunications as Specialist in Web Content and Strategy, where I led end-to-end product delivery, go-to-market planning, and digital campaign execution.
I hold a Master of IT Management from Staffordshire University, UK, and a Bachelor of Computing and Information Science from the University of South Australia. I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and hold six AI certifications including Agentic AI and AI for Product Management. I actively use AI in my daily workflow and have built working systems using Replit as a volunteer at Ti Ratana Community Centre in Sri Lanka, where I have provided pro-bono technology consulting since 2017.
