What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-facing sales role in telecoms or retail where I can exceed targets, use CRM and Office skills, support after-sales, and grow into leadership within a target-driven, supportive team.

I am a sales professional with long-term experience in telecoms retail and call centre environments, including a decade-plus tenure at MTN and earlier roles at Woolworths. I have a strong record of meeting sales targets and supporting store operations.

I excel in customer-facing roles—handling new activations and upgrades, contract sales and renewals, upselling accessories and insurance, and providing after-sales support and repairs. I am comfortable with inbound and outbound telesales and delivering professional presentations under pressure.
