I support approximately 20% YoY subscription-revenue growth, govern CRM data for 3,400+ clients, and produce 50+ management reports and dashboards each month for Sales, Product, Tech, and Strategy leaders.

Previously at Metro Pakistan, I owned P&L, pricing, forecasting, supplier negotiations, and category operations for FMCG portfolios worth PKR 15B+ and PKR 20B+ in annual sales. I improved backend margins by approximately 150 bps, delivered approximately 10% YoY category growth, and bring earlier experience managing procurement, budgeting, and workplace operations at the State Bank of Pakistan.
