I’m a results-driven technology professional combining IT infrastructure, software development, and IT support to keep systems stable, secure, and useful to end users. I’ve worked across enterprise environments, from network and identity services to cloud deployment and application upkeep, with a strong bias toward practical, measurable improvements.

In my infrastructure work, I manage core services such as Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, File/Print Services, and Microsoft Azure. I’ve also implemented and maintained enterprise hardware and software (Windows Servers, SAN/NAS storage, VPNs, access points, and more), and I administer Forescout Network Access Control to enforce security policies across the network.

I also bring full-cycle support and development experience: I provide first- and second-line end-user support, maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases, and improve helpdesk operations through training and satisfaction feedback. As a software developer, I updated web applications and resolved scalability and security issues within Agile workflows, and I’ve expanded into AI-related work through high-accuracy data annotation and quality assurance.
