What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and deliver secure infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud, and network services in a collaborative environment where I can strengthen resilience, support users, mentor technical teams, and grow further in cloud engineering.

I've delivered IT infrastructure, systems administration, and Microsoft 365 consulting to 10+ small and medium-sized businesses, supporting Active Directory, network configuration, cloud/hybrid environments, and Linux and Windows servers.

At Teknowledge Nigeria, I led a 20-person technical support team serving enterprise clients and resolved an average of 20 daily incidents within service-level targets. I administered Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform deployments while managing ITSM processes, vendor relationships, backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity practices.

Previously at AIICO Insurance, I managed Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, routers, switches, business applications, and endpoint support for core insurance operations.
