I’m looking for a role where I can use my Customer Support Expert strengths and Visual Assistant approach to help customers clearly and professionally, while continuing to build experience with cold calling and outreach.

I’m Favour Ikeh, a Visual Assistant and Customer Support Expert based in Nigeria. I focus on being responsive, clear, and helpful in the moments that matter most for customers.

In my current role as a Cold caller at Cold Calling Wiki, I work part-time and handle outbound cold calling. This has strengthened my ability to communicate confidently and stay consistent while engaging new prospects.

I bring the customer support mindset to every interaction—listening carefully, responding professionally, and aiming to move conversations forward. I also apply a “visual assistant” approach to help ensure communication feels organized and easy to understand.
