What I'm looking for

I’m open to full-time or part-time remote roles, including support and admin work. I want a team where my reliable communication, scheduling, and customer care improve daily operations, with flexibility for international time zones.

I’m a client-focused Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, and Graphic Design Specialist based in Lagos, Nigeria. I help businesses deliver exceptional customer experiences, keep operations organized, and produce visually engaging brand materials in remote environments.

In my current role (April 2025–Present), I manage client communication across email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. I handle inquiries, service bookings, project updates, and follow-ups while resolving complaints and maintaining accurate client records, invoices, and administrative documentation.

From January 2025–Present as an Administrative Manager, I oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service. I manage inventory tracking and vendor coordination, maintain sales records and expense reports, and create product descriptions, captions, and promotional content—supporting online marketing with coordinated photo and video shoots.

Previously, I worked in customer-facing roles and office support, including Front Desk / Customer Care and a Secretary position at Norland Nigeria Ltd (Chike Stockish). I’ve consistently handled order-taking, customer complaints, scheduling, correspondence, filing, and meeting coordination—bringing professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving to every interaction.
