What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, front desk, or virtual assistant role where I can resolve customer needs, coordinate schedules and records, use CRM tools, and provide timely, professional assistance.

I'm currently welcoming guests and resolving inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints at Rogel Brooks Hotel and Suites. I manage check-ins, check-outs, billing tasks, records, and city ledger activities while maintaining a professional guest experience.

I coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to resolve guest needs and operational issues quickly. My experience also includes supporting project coordination, stakeholder communication, meeting organization, and activity tracking as a Project Manager Intern.

I've completed Virtual Assistant training focused on customer support and use tools including Zoho CRM, MailerLite, Google Docs, Canva, and CapCut. I bring clear communication, scheduling, administrative support, and careful follow-through to customer-facing work.
