I'm managing clinical/CRO and innovation portfolios at Vector B2B, coordinating six active projects while building PMO workflows, grant-scanning pipelines, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
Previously at AlmaScience CoLAB, I led sustainable-materials projects from ideation to commercialization, including the €1.2 million From Fossil to Forest initiative with The Navigator Company and Super Bock Group. I also co-led a €700,000 sustainable packaging project and managed agricultural hydrogel development with RAIZ.
I've secured and supported proposals across PRR, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, FCT, and other European funding programs, bringing together companies, universities, hospitals, biotech, healthcare, pharma, and medical-device partners. My work combines full funding-cycle management, technology transfer, IP management, technical writing, and stakeholder coordination.
Alongside project leadership, I'm Co-Founder and CTO of Decalloy, where I lead chemical formulation development for industrial paint stripping. My background includes a PhD in Sustainable Chemistry, three provisional patent applications in the PCT stage, and eight peer-reviewed publications.
