What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or contribute to multidisciplinary R&D that turns sustainable biomass and natural resources into scalable, high-quality products and commercially viable technologies.

I've led R&D at Agrophenols–Remodus, building a laboratory from concept to operation and converting olive pomace and winery by-products into high-value polyphenol ingredients.

At Grünenthal, I developed and validated analytical methods for resiniferatoxin and related diterpenes, supporting natural-product discovery through HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, PCR, and molecular analysis. I also developed sustainable locust bean gum extraction and hydrogel formulations as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Algarve.

With dual PhDs in Biotechnology/Biochemistry and Microbiology/Biotechnology, I bring more than 10 years of international laboratory experience across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetics, nutraceutical, agricultural, and environmental applications. I translate research into scalable processes, quality systems, and commercially viable technologies.
