What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote international project management role or a role within education sciences, where strategic thinking, people leadership and hands-on delivery come together.

At INOVA+ Group, I lead the design and delivery of EU-funded proposals and coordinate work across international consortia. I’ve authored or co-authored 40+ funding proposals and contributed to a portfolio of 50–60 projects, while managing grant compliance, budgets and project risks.

My work also includes designing and delivering training, facilitating international events, supervising project teams and tracking outcomes. My PhD research in Education Sciences at the University of Porto informs my approach to programme design and evaluation, and I’m especially motivated by roles that bring together strategic thinking, people leadership and hands-on delivery.
