Spearheaded the design and launch of AIO POS and mPOS, bridging conventional POS workflows with
modern web/mobile app capabilities. Authored PRDs and user stories. Partnered with the hardware team to design ergonomic POS devices. Worked with marketing and branding teams to craft product copies and pitches. Researched and designed non-MVP products including AIO Catering.

Managed client-side operations for Telenor and partners, overseeing a portfolio of mAgri services and designing optimized IVR systems. Collaborated with NOC team to maintain service uptime and directed development of additional IVR legs.

Reviewed customer–sales agent calls for quality assurance and compliance. Created training guides to improve communication and sales conversion, and produced analytical reports on successful vs unsuccessful calls.

Owned the full product lifecycle including requirements elicitation, wireframing, prototyping, documentation, UATs, and stakeholder presentations. Led the Islamic Match project and enhanced the freelance platform CRM and internal employee portal.

Wrote blogs, academic articles, and marketing emails with SEO optimization. Produced UX writing for websites and product copy for international e-commerce projects.
