At Bayt.com, I lead UX, growth, and AI initiatives across a large-scale marketplace, increasing job applications by 79%, improving applicant quality through AI-powered enhancements, and redesigning search and lifecycle experiences to reduce friction at scale. I’ve launched AI-driven features such as CV tailoring and contributed to search relevance systems that better match user intent.

Previously at SignatureRx, I owned the full product lifecycle as the sole Product Manager, leading a team of engineers while transitioning the company toward a Product-Led Growth model that increased organic sign-ups by 21%. My work focused on experimentation, analytics frameworks, and aligning product, engineering, and business teams around measurable outcomes.
