At Old Mutual, I provide project risk and assurance oversight for complex strategic initiatives, reviewing governance, controls, cost, timelines, quality, and regulatory alignment.
I previously led PMO coordination across major transformation programmes, deputising for the PMO Manager across a portfolio of 15+ projects and 150+ onshore and offshore resources. I produced executive reporting, strengthened RAID and dashboard practices, and supported audit readiness with EY UK.
At T-Systems South Africa, I helped establish the Cape Town PMO and delivered governance reporting for international projects. I also managed major infrastructure initiatives, including upgrades of more than 9,600 devices, WAN implementation in Namibia, and business intelligence server migration.
