At Coastal Business Connexion SA, I lead the execution and delivery of ICT and telecommunications projects, supporting their integration into business processes. I coordinate enterprise-wide testing for solution releases and deliver training to promote user adoption.
At Vodacom South Africa, I led the rollout of a Telecommunications and Operational Management Programme across the Eastern Cape. I directed programme delivery, developed Statements of Work, and produced governance reports and executive dashboards.
At Liquid Intelligent Technologies, I directed programs and project portfolios and led the rollout of the Eastern Cape Broadband Programme and Contract Management initiatives. I established PMO governance frameworks and chaired steering committee and governance forums.
My work spans project, program, and portfolio management, with delivery experience across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. I hold PRINCE2 and Certified Associate in Project Management certifications, and am a member of PMI and APM.
