What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in quality assurance and after-sales operations—driving service center compliance, improving inventory and warranty processes, and leading hands-on training that strengthens customer retention and product performance.

I’m a dedicated aftersales and quality assurance professional with hands-on experience across warranty operations, service center compliance, and customer-focused technical support. I work to the highest standard while paying attention to details, turning process gaps into clear, repeatable improvements.

At D.Light Solar, I maintained and monitored spare parts inventory, set up quality assurance and aftersales processes, and ensured “100% service center compliance” on ticketing, work orders, inventory management, and parts ordering. I also delivered after-sales training to service center managers, technicians, the sales team, and logistics, and produced QA and maintenance reports to help engineering and manufacturing improve products.

Earlier, at Burn Stoves Nigeria Limited, I set up over 40 new service stations across Nigeria and coordinated training for technicians on repair procedures, including warranty stock takes and the dispatch of warranty parts. I bring strong communication and organization from my teaching background, and I’m currently building further capabilities through Google Project Management and Google Data Analytics certifications (in view).
