I am a results-driven customer service and sales professional with 1–3 years of practical experience and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Food Science and Technology. I consistently meet targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards through clear communication and process-focused work.

In retail sales and customer service roles I promoted products, resolved inquiries and complaints, kept accurate records, and contributed to revenue growth while building strong client relationships.
