In my client work, I’ve reviewed 700+ SOP-equivalent manual processes and delivered outcomes like a 40% reduction in manual task management and 5+ hours saved per week. I build multi-step systems in Make and n8n that connect tools like Google Forms, Airtable, Gmail, Slack, and payment systems—so workflows run with zero human input. I’ve also designed an automated Recruitment CRM and created Airtable/Notion dashboards for real-time KPI tracking.
