I've built AI-powered WhatsApp support and sales agents using n8n, OpenAI, WhatsApp Cloud API, Airtable, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Telegram, and PDFMonkey. My workflows classify enquiries, preserve conversation memory, qualify and score leads, generate proposals, and alert teams when urgent support issues or high-intent leads need attention.

I also built end-to-end lead management and business intelligence systems with Supabase, Retool, ClickUp, Gmail, and Tally Forms. These systems use AI to score leads, route them by priority, create follow-up actions, and display real-time pipeline and workflow data in operational dashboards.

I translate manual business processes into structured automation logic, connecting forms, databases, AI models, CRMs, communication tools, scheduling platforms, and task-management systems. From requirement gathering through testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery, I manage automation projects independently.

My work also includes AI email management, appointment booking, client onboarding, research and report automation, and workflow monitoring. I enjoy building practical systems that reduce manual work and help teams respond, organize, and operate more effectively.
