I’m looking to help teams scale by turning messy recruiting and People Ops processes into reliable end-to-end workflow automations with AI + no-code—cutting manual steps, errors, and turnaround time.

I’m an Automation & Operations Specialist focused on removing manual work from recruiting and People Ops. I build workflow automation that turns messy processes into clean, reliable systems using AI-assisted outputs and no-code tooling.

In my freelance work (2024–2025), I created end-to-end automations with n8n + Jotform + webhooks to capture form data and route it to the right destinations. I also used Claude and ChatGPT to generate candidate communications, reports, and technical documentation faster—while mapping manual team steps into automated processes to cut errors.

I’ve also supported clients with Google Forms + Google Sheets systems for collecting data and automating follow-up emails, along with schedule and document organization for 5+ projects. My approach is hands-on and process-driven: document clearly, integrate cleanly, test thoroughly, and aim for high reliability.
