At Christian Dior Malaysia, I led daily flagship-store operations, visual merchandising, CRM, stock monitoring, sales reporting, and training for new recruits.
Across Giorgio Armani, Versace, Chopard, and BRM Watch, I've managed ready-to-wear, leather goods, jewellery, and watches; supported VIP and VVIP clients; coordinated events; and launched a new brand store.
