I'm looking to continue resolving complex operational and customer issues, improving processes, and coordinating cross-functional logistics teams while taking ownership of critical cases.

At Cargoz FZE, I manage complex customer escalations and high-impact operational issues across multiple accounts. I take full ownership of critical cases through final resolution, coordinating warehouses, customers, and internal teams to protect service quality.

I investigate recurring issues through root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate order, stock, and shipment records. I also support collections follow-up for pending payments and customer coordination.

My progression at Cargoz FZE—from Operation Executive to Support Specialist and Senior Executive Support Specialist—reflects my performance, ownership, and escalation handling. I’ve managed daily logistics operations, order processing, deliveries, warehouse communications, and stock corrections.

Earlier, I supported customers at Vodafone UK and Jumia Egypt across calls, chats, and emails, resolving technical, service, and account issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
