I also maintain accurate IST system updates and respond proactively to customer and overseas-agent inquiries.

At Safety Sky International, I managed end-to-end imports and prepared, reviewed, and coordinated commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and air waybills. I used the Nafeza platform to upload and verify documents while ensuring customs and international-trade compliance.
