Previously, as a GRE to Shift Manager, I maintained the brand image by resolving customer complaints, supported store Google ratings and platforms like Swiggy and Zomato, and led store audits including FSSAI, inventory audits, and International REV; I was also awarded “Best GRE Recognition” on PAN India level.
