At Titan Oversseas, I worked in back-office operations on a shoes manufacturing unit. I focused on dependable support within the unit’s day-to-day workflow.

At Tech Mahindra, I worked as a Customer Support Executive, handling an inbound process for Flipkart. My work centered on customer handling and helping resolve requests through the inbound support process.

I bring strong fundamentals in computers and internet use, along with practical experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. I’m comfortable communicating in English, Hindi, and Urdu, and I enjoy contributing wherever accuracy and customer-focused support matter.
