In my current role at Work Wise Consulting (Oct 2022–May 2026), I manage full recruitment processes to attract top talent for diverse roles. I source and engage candidates through targeted outreach, mentor junior recruiters, align closely with hiring managers on role requirements, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding. I also implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and reduce time-to-fill, while handling employee relations issues to maintain a positive environment.

Previously as an HR Recruiter at AFC CONSULTING (Jul 2021–Sep 2022), I hired for multiple companies including Paytm, Swiggy, blinkit, Zepto, PVR cinema, just dial, PNB, HDFC, and ICICI. I screened candidates using advanced recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems, conducted interviews to assess skills and cultural fit, and partnered with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
