What I'm looking for

I'm open to opportunities in the UAE where I can support enterprise messaging, Linux-based platforms, and high-priority production operations while contributing to incident resolution, client success, and technical knowledge sharing.

At Sinch India, I provide technical and operational support for enterprise messaging and communication platforms used by banking, BFSI, government, and large-scale clients.

I investigate message-delivery failures, routing issues, and service incidents by analysing Linux application and server logs, monitoring traffic, and performing root-cause analysis.

I coordinate with engineering, development, network, operations, and national and international network operators to resolve connectivity and messaging issues. I also manage cases through JIRA, Zendesk, and Salesforce while supporting Admin Zone, Castor, and Casper.

I contribute to POCs, UAT, deployments, technical documentation, team training, and 24/7 production support. I take ownership of complex escalations through resolution while helping clients maintain reliable messaging services.
