Bhavya J

At Wipro Private Limited, I provided L1 technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues for customers and users.

I monitored support tickets, emails, and user queries against defined SLAs, documented troubleshooting steps, and followed up on pending tickets.

I diagnosed issues by gathering error details, reproducing problems, and performing basic root-cause analysis. I resolved common problems with applications, system access, connectivity, and user accounts, escalating complex cases to L2/L3 teams.

My experience includes networking and AWS environments, Windows and Linux/UNIX systems, and basic shell scripting. I’m seeking a Support Engineer position where I can use my technical support and networking skills to support customer service and technology solutions.
