At Aspire Software, I build AI-powered chatbots using LLMs, LangChain, RAG, multi-agent architecture, and Qdrant to deliver role-based retrieval from large knowledge bases.

I've integrated backend APIs into conversational workflows, created multilingual experiences in English, Arabic, and Arabish, and built n8n workflows that extract, process, and ingest website content into chatbot knowledge bases. I also contribute across a full-stack SMS marketing platform, including campaigns, bulk messaging, segmentation, delivery tracking, analytics, Twilio integration, OpenAI-powered enhancements, and review aggregation.

I designed an agentic Playwright testing workflow to automate end-to-end testing and reduce manual QA work, while debugging critical issues in .NET and Angular applications.

Previously at Lead by Tech, I built speech-to-text and text-to-speech LLM pipelines with Whisper AI, LangChain, and RAG; a YOLOv5 number-recognition system; and a context-aware chatbot integrated into Unity. My projects also include AI threat monitoring, AI customer support, e-commerce, and business platforms.
