Farah Ihsan

At LG Electronics, I design training for the CreateBoard platform and related software, producing on-demand courses, eBooks, video tutorials, reference guides, and sales demo materials. I also deliver live virtual and in-person training for internal teams, sales partners, and end users.

I build Section 508-accessible learning content in Articulate, including captioned video, screen-reader-compatible documents, alt text, and accessible course design. Across LG and Boxlight Technologies, I've partnered with sales teams, supported product demonstrations and tradeshows, and built relationships with resellers and customers across the East Coast.

My background in education includes six years at Prince William County Public Schools, where I developed standards-based curriculum, analyzed performance data, adapted learning for individual needs, and led grade-level collaboration.
