I seek operational or back-office roles in a corporate setting where I can apply Trust & Safety, customer support, and web engineering skills while growing professionally.

I am a computer engineering graduate with hands-on experience in Trust & Safety operations, customer email support, and web engineering. I have a proven record of managing high-volume email queues, editing and refining customer communications for clarity and tone, investigating reported issues, and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams while meeting SLA timelines.

I also have practical experience designing and developing UX/UI on WordPress, performing security testing with OWASP ZAP, and supporting IT systems such as Microsoft Business solutions.
