What I'm looking for

I am looking for an IT Support role where I can apply web and database skills, solve user problems, improve systems reliability, and grow through hands-on technical challenges in a collaborative environment.

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Technology in Information Technology and bring one year of practical experience supporting a family currency exchange business. I combine technical problem-solving with clear communication to deliver practical, user-focused solutions.

On a senior group project I built a full-stack VMS website using TypeScript, Next.js and GraphQL, improving the site’s SEO from 55% to 95% and redesigning the interface to attract both existing and new visitors. I also developed a Gym Management System backend using PHP, MySQL and XAMPP to meet a client site’s operational needs.

I’m seeking to apply my web development, database and networking skills in an IT Support Technician role where I can troubleshoot, improve user satisfaction, and contribute to reliable, maintainable systems.
