What I'm looking for

I want an implementation or delivery role at a SaaS or eCommerce company, where I take messy projects from kickoff to launch and handover. I like client onboarding, contractor management, and fixing broken processes. Remote, with teams in the US, Canada or Europe.

I take messy projects from kickoff to launch and handover. For 9+ years I've run implementation and delivery for SaaS and eCommerce teams, mostly with distributed contractors.

At Odessys, I've delivered 300+ client deliverables, including 150+ full engagements, through a freelancer network. I write the brief, collect quotes, pick on portfolio, and manage to launch. That includes an edtech platform for a Turkish client (Next.js, Node, MongoDB, 5 contractors), handed over and still live.

At Dream Decor, I took over a stalled Shopify migration after the original agency shut down, and finished it. 50,000+ products cleaned and categorized. Mobile PageSpeed went from under 40 to 85, and revenue roughly doubled in the 6 months after cleanup. I led up to 22 contractors.

At Percy (via CSA Technologies), I ran the 60 day pilot for a virtual cashier SaaS product, then onboarded 20+ restaurant stores over two years and managed about 35 cashiers.

I have a CS degree and build production software with AI-assisted development (Firebase, Cloudflare Workers, OAuth2), so I can talk to engineers directly. Based in Lahore, working remote.
