At Kinetix Group, I owned end-to-end delivery of KEK DEX, a crypto trading platform with a no-code strategy builder, and HUMN, a gig-economy app now live on the App Store and Google Play. I translated founder and client goals into scoped requirements and release timelines, directing a cross-functional team of 5–7 engineers and designers, including the CTO.
At The MediaGale, I owned post-sale delivery for international client accounts, from onboarding and timelines through final reporting, and supported renewal conversations. Earlier at Foodpanda, I managed vendor partner accounts, handling onboarding, training, support and retention against platform SLAs.
