What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering SLA-driven desktop and IT support in enterprise environments, resolving user, hardware, endpoint, network, and application issues while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.

At Vserv Infosystems supporting Moglix, I provide L1/L2 IT support for the Mumbai office and four remote locations, handling laptop deployment, Entra ID joining, Microsoft 365 onboarding, printer support, biometric setup, and IT asset management.

I've also supported 100+ banking users at Bank of India through Professional Techys and delivered desktop, hardware, printer, Windows deployment, and asset-inventory support for DMart through Turbonet Systems. I resolve SLA-driven incidents by coordinating closely with IT Support, Network, SOC, and application teams.
