What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, desktop support, or system administration role where I can manage enterprise identities, resolve L1/L2 incidents, support endpoint security, and deliver reliable SLA-driven service.

At Macropace Technologies, I support enterprise users across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10/11 environments. I manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows for more than 500 users, from account provisioning and access changes to secure offboarding.

I resolve L1/L2 incidents and service requests through ServiceNow while maintaining a 95%+ SLA resolution rate. My work includes troubleshooting hardware, applications, domains, and TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity issues.

I also strengthen endpoint security through BitLocker, Malwarebytes, and patch management, configure employee hardware and network printers, and provide remote support through Citrix Desktop Director and GoToAssist. I value clear documentation, customer-focused support, and calm coordination during major incidents.
