What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-support role where I can handle email/chat inquiries, resolve issues with empathy, and use CRM tools to improve satisfaction. I want a fast-paced team that values clear communication, reliability, and continuous process improvement.

I’m a customer-focused Virtual Assistant with a background in Office Technology and Management, and I enjoy delivering responsive, empathetic support that helps people feel heard.

In my freelance customer support practice (2025–present), I handle inquiries via email and chat, resolve complaints by identifying issues and providing effective solutions, and assist customers with product/service information to improve understanding.

I’m careful and organized—I manage and organize inboxes to keep backlogs minimal, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and communicate clearly and professionally in writing.

I also strengthen support outcomes with practical tools and templates, using CRM tools like Zendesk and HubSpot (beginner level), Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, plus Canva for simple customer-facing materials. I’m calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and committed to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
