At Mnarani National Monument and Museum, I coordinated travel arrangements, site bookings, and entry passes for domestic and international clients.

I managed client communications and booking confirmations through Gmail and Outlook, and maintained digital booking records, client accounts, and administrative files.

I also handled basic billing reconciliation, ticket office invoicing, and financial logging for daily management reporting. As a Front Office & Customer Care Intern, I welcomed visitors and supported schedule planning, visitor logbooks, and ticket distribution.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Travel and Tourism Management from Mount Kenya University, a Virtual Assistant Certificate from ALX Africa, and a Certificate in Computer Studies with Distinction from Spaceworld Technologies.
