What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote sales, customer support, client experience, or customer success role where I can guide customers clearly, build trust across cultures, manage needs and objections, and contribute through organised, customer-focused communication.

I've generated sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calls to UK homeowners and supported commission-based sales at Fábrica, helping international customers choose Moroccan beauty, wellness, and food products.

At Fábrica, I delivered product and cultural presentations to groups of up to 60 tourists, explained argan oil and related products clearly, and built trust through tailored recommendations, demonstrations, and objection handling.

Since 2022, I've taught and assessed more than 600 secondary school students with the Moroccan Ministry of National Education. I also lead English workshops, plan educational activities, and evaluate National Baccalaureate English examinations with accuracy and consistency.

Alongside this work, I provide remote transcription, translation, proofreading, and language research services in English and Tashelhit. I'm focused on remote sales, customer support, client experience, and customer success opportunities where clear communication and cross-cultural understanding matter.
