Kaoutar AF

At Concentrix, I handled inbound and outbound customer calls, supported sales conversations, and explained products and services so customers could make informed decisions. I also responded to concerns and complaints within company procedures.

At Swiss Concept, I answered customer questions, clarified available options, and kept customer details organized. I focused on making each interaction courteous, useful, and respectful.

Through private English tutoring and French teaching, I planned lessons and adapted explanations to students’ needs. I’m also developing intermediate knowledge of tax preparation, including document organization and accurate information entry, and am seeking remote work from Morocco without relocating to another country.
