I’m looking to lead senior marketing and new-business growth, owning strategy and P&L, building brands and go-to-market plans, and expanding internationally with strong teams—focused on measurable revenue, profitability, and channel performance.

I’m a senior marketing and business executive with over 25 years of experience leading growth strategies, brand positioning, and revenue generation across global environments in eyewear, sports, entertainment, and electronics.

I specialize in global and regional brand strategy and integrated go-to-market planning—connecting product and digital channel plans to profitability, commercial performance, and international expansion. I’ve owned P&L, budgets, KPIs, market analysis, forecasting, and performance management to support data-driven decision-making and scalable growth.

In my recent roles, I led expansion and brand repositioning across LatAm and beyond, including launches in new regions (North America, Europe, and Asia), scaling distribution by +20% and increasing sales by +15%, while improving margins (+15pp). I’ve also driven brand awareness and sales lifts through 360° communication—media, PR, social and influencer marketing, licensing, brand activations, omnichannel activations, and retail excellence—and I’m currently leading marketing and new business growth for Pollen’s Vision Care Solutions, including development and rollout of B2B vision care offerings and growth of the +Visão and +Visão ID platforms.
