I am an empathetic Technical Support Engineer with professional experience assisting customers to resolve issues ranging from software application, networking, to Azure cloud.
Over the past six years, I have worked as a Technical Support Engineer and a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer. I have enjoyed working with customers across different regions and continents.
I have good documentation skills and in my previous organization, I helped to create a workable system for better reporting and collaboration. I also made documentations to guide newer employees on troubleshooting paths. Both resulted in quick fetch of files, seamless clients' support, and a reduction in time spent for training new intakes.
I am also a data analyst. I fetch, clean, analyse and do data visualization.
