At Microsoft, I provided enterprise-level support for production Azure environments and resolved complex networking issues across services including Application Gateway, AKS networking, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, and ExpressRoute.
I investigated network incidents using Network Watcher, Connection Monitor, and Log Analytics (KQL), and recreated customer environments with Azure Portal and Terraform-based lab setups to validate fixes. I also managed Azure accounts, access, and support cases within SLA requirements.
Earlier, at NIIT Corporate Training Company, I diagnosed hardware, software, and network issues, administered Active Directory Domain Services, and troubleshot local network connectivity. In my projects, I designed a multi-tier Azure VNet with segmented subnets, NSGs, UDRs, and Azure Firewall, and deployed Azure VPN Gateway site-to-site connectivity.
