I'm looking to lead product discovery, experimentation, and lifecycle improvements where I can connect customer insight, product strategy, and AI-enabled operations to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

I've driven global A/B testing and personalisation at Audible (Amazon), generating 20K+ incremental annualised signups on key experiments. I manage experimentation roadmaps from hypothesis and prioritisation through launch learnings, connecting CRO work to go-to-market strategy.

Previously at Berlin Brands Group, I led cross-functional IT projects for 50+ global e-commerce shops, including frontend development, UX optimisation, A/B testing, launches, migrations, and QA. I also built audience segments and automated campaigns using GTM and Dynamic Yield.

I'm integrating Product Management frameworks to lead full-lifecycle discovery and development, while using GenAI to streamline experimentation, analysis, documentation, and operational workflows.
